Players: 3-6
Initial Deal: 2 cards dealt down then 1 card card is dealt face up to each player.
Betting: Ante if desired. After the initial three cards are dealt. High Card showing Bets. After each card is dealt the highest hand showing on the table begins the betting.

After the initial Deal and betting round 3 more rounds of cards are dealt face up. to pause between cards for betting rounds. Before the sixth card is dealt, each player beginning at the dealer's left may exchange one card. If he discards an up card, he is dealt a new up card; if he discards a down card, he gets a new down card. A player may choose not to exchange. When all players have exchanged or stood pat, the sixth card is dealt face up. After the ensuing round of betting, players may make another exchange. This is followed by a final round of betting and a showdown.
